TRISCUIT-Sweet Potato Pull-Apart Jack-o’-Lantern

1/4 cup pecan halves, divided
36TRISCUIT Crackers
4 oz. Neufchatel cheese, softened
1/2cup cooled mashed sweet potatoes
2 Tbsp. brown sugar
1/2cup miniature marshmallows
1/4tsp. ground cinnamon
3 cinnamon sticks

1.Heat broiler.

2.Cover baking sheet with parchment paper. Reserve 8 nuts for later use; chop remaining nuts.

3.Arrange crackers, with sides touching, in 6 rows of 6 crackers each on prepared baking sheet.

4.Mix Neufchatel cheese, potatoes and sugar until blended; spread onto crackers. Top with chopped nuts and marshmallows.

5.Broil, 4 inches from heat, 1 to 2 min. or until marshmallows are lightly toasted. Sprinkle with cinnamon.

6.Decorate with reserved nuts and cinnamon sticks to resemble a jack-o’-lantern as shown in photo.
