Steak Chimichurri Quesadillas
2 tablespoons of Culinary Tours Spanish Extra-Virgin Olive Oil
1 lb flank steak
1 onion (sliced)
2 cups Monterey Jack cheese shredded
8 flour tortillas
1.In a medium-sized pan, heat the 2 tbsp Culinary Tours Spanish Extra-Virgin Olive Oil.
2.Add the meat and onion.
3.Cook until meat is cooked through, and the onion is translucent.
4.Turn off the heat, and mix the meat with the Culinary Tours Green Chimichurri Sauce.
5.Place a flour tortilla on a skillet.
6.Add cheese, meat mixture, and top with another tortilla.
7.Reduce flame to low.
8.Cook for 2 minutes on each side.
9.Serve with remaining Culinary Tours Green Chimichurri Sauce.
