Green Beans with Bacon & Beets

1 lb. fresh green beans, trimmed and cut into 2 inch pieces
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp olive oil
1-1/2cups cooked beets, chopped
1/2tsp kosher salt, or to taste
1/3cup chopped pecans
1/3cup (1.5 oz) goat chevre cheese
1.Combine green beans, garlic and olive oil in large skillet, saute, stir frequently until green beans have softened, but are still al dente.
2.Add beets and salt; continue sautéing until beets are hot (about 2 minutes). Transfer to a large serving platter or serving bowl.
3. Sprinkle chopped bacon on top of the green beans and beets. Add pecans and goat cheese. Season with salt and pepper and enjoy!
