Chef Tips:
> For best results, spread the Neufchatel cheese mixture into a skull shape about 9 inches long and 6 inches wide.
> Serve with WHEAT THINS Big Snacks instead of the regular WHEAT THINS. Makes 24 servings, 2 Tbsp. dip and 11 WHEAT THINS each.
> The Neufchatel cheese mixture can be prepared ahead of time. Spread onto plate as directed, then refrigerate up to 4 hours before serving. Meanwhile, the fruit can also be cut ahead of time. Refrigerate, in tightly covered container, until ready to arrange on top of dip.
