Chicken Nachos

With never ending topping options, this quick and tasty dinner is sure to please anyone in your crowd.

Serves: 6

2 cups Rotisserie chicken, from the deli, shredded
1 bag Tortilla Chips
1 Large tomato, diced
1 can Black beans
1 can Corn
1 cup Cheddar cheese, shredded

Topping Options:
Cilantro, minced
Sour Cream
Green Onions

1.Preheat over to 350 Fahrenheit.

2.Cover the baking sheet with a layer of tortilla chips.

3.Top with tortilla chips with chicken, beans, corn, tomatoes, and cheese.

4.Bake nachos in the oven for 12 minutes, or until cheese is melted. Remove from oven and serve. Add other garnishes as desired.
