Blackened Chicken Caesar Sandwich

2 teaspoons vegetable oil
2 teaspoons blackened seasoning
1 bag (10 to 11 ounces) Caesar salad kit
1 cup quartered grape tomatoes
4 favorite sandwich buns, split lengthwise
1.Prepare outdoor grill for direct grilling over medium-high heat. Rub chicken with oil; sprinkle with 1-1/2 teaspoons seasoning.
2.Place chicken on hot grill rack; cover and cook 15 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 160° (internal temperature will rise 5 to 10° upon standing), turning once. Transfer chicken to cutting board; loosely cover with aluminum foil and let stand 5 minutes.
3.In small bowl, stir Caesar dressing (from salad kit) and remaining 1/2 teaspoon seasoning. In large bowl, toss salad greens, tomatoes, Parmesan cheese (from salad kit) and Caesar dressing mixture.
4.Place chicken on bottom buns; top with Caesar salad and top buns.
