Melon Ball Salad

Prep: 30 minutes • Serves: 6

6 cups assorted melon balls
3tablespoons chopped fresh mint leaves
3tablespoons fresh lime juice
3tablespoons honey
2teaspoons lime zest

1. Place melon balls in serving bowl. In small bowl, whisk remaining ingredients until well combined. Pour mint mixture over melon; toss until well combined.
